When you’re about to build a new home, you want to be sure that you’re making a wise investment. That’s where the 2-5-10 home warranty comes in. and we provide them on every build. This warranty gives you the peace of mind you need, by protecting you from any potential defects in your new home for up to 10 years. You’ll be covered for two years for major structural defects, five years for other building components, and 10 years for your mechanical systems and appliances. All of this protection is provided by a trusted third-party company, and best of all, it’s included at no additional cost.
